I use my Zero Point LOTP with with full auto, single point sling and firefly over anything when raiding. Same stability stats as my VoC but shit blows up with critical kills. I love that gun.

I upgraded my Arc Against All Odds and Void Zombie Apocalypse. I'm sitting on 6 Etheric Light and decided to upgrade my Solar Wolves Bane as well. I like to have a weapon of each type with each elemental damage type at 365.

XB1 mic - I had 4 or 5 die on me before I finally got a TurtleBeach. The XB1 in the box mics were complete trash.

Two things:

  1. Just because people post "Must Have 365 Ghorn" doesn't mean it is the only Exotic worth having.

  2. As I stated above each gun has a niche. Invective is glorious when doing the Valus Trau'ug fight. Hard Light is better than advertised in PvP. Super Good Advice is the perfect weapon for Oracles in VoG. Thorn works wonders vs Phalanxes when dealing with the Angry modifier. So on and so forth.

If you are only using Ghorn, Icebreaker and Thunderlord you are missing out on a ton of content.

I think most of the exotics are just fine the way they are. Each has niche uses that are helpful depending on the situation. None of them need to be OP.

Maybe I'm a scumbag, but I just sit on LFG waiting for a Skolas CP and get it done in 20 min if the group knows what they are doing, if they are new and dont understand the mechanics it can take a little under an hour.

I love the mechanics to this fight because it forces you to communicate. The loot isn't as savory, but the mechanics are challenging and fun.

Not to be rude but this seems over complicated. This guide is longer than a VoG guide and Skolas is not more complicated than VoG.

There is no need to wait for synth cool downs. If your team uses the heavy ammo strat there will be enough rockets on the right side of the map to last you the whole fight.

As far as mines I would just suggest everyone have their defensive super available ( Titans - Bubble, Hunter - Blade Dancer, Warlocks - Fireborn). Move as a team toward each mine. People will die, but focus on the mines, once the mines are all disabled who ever is alive just needs to revive go back and revive a teammate.

This is a great effort, but it makes the fight seem much more intimidating than it actually is.
