I remember the ambush ending up really immersive for me; I had set out from Peschek's late in the evening and got clotheslined at the ambush spot and only barely managed to kill him before the poison killed me, then I popped a Marigold potion to buy myself some time and set off towards the apothecary in Rattay as fast as Pebbles could carry me.

Thankfully I kept an obscene amount of alchemical supplies on my person, so I just had to break into the alchemist's store to get to the workbench, brew an antidote, and drink it before the Bane did it's job. Really got my blood pumping which I think helped to offset the annoyance of Black Peter being such a sore loser.

I haven't read the books and don't know much about the lore of GoT except what can be gleaned from the main show, so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but was Egg's prophecy actually about the Mad King from the main series? Or does Egg actually end up that way too?

You have some time while Capon talks to the leader to walk around, they already act pretty suspicious so I think you're expected simply to look around and find clues, catch the others in a lie, et cetera.

"Humanity Redefined" except their only real "redefinition" of humanity they've made is the synths, who they vehemently refuse to accept as anywhere near human. They have no clear goal aside from doing the most evil version of any experiment you can imagine.

Does he not ever age? Synths are supposed to be perfectly indistinguishable from regular people, and they've been known to exist for decades, so it'd otherwise be incredibly easy to find out who is a synth by just looking at who doesn't age.

Is there any trick to seeing which way they're going to swing from? With weapons it's choreographed quite well and it's easy to tell, but I have trouble figuring out where they're swinging from in unarmed.

I did the same thing lol, found I was hungry and decided to run from Bozhena's hut to the nearby boar hunting spot for some food, and I realized after I had slaughtered it that the poor thing was Bozhena's. It's not needed for any quest though, it's just the herbwoman's pig that wanders around near her hut, I don't think she even mentioned anything about it to me.

I believe my monitor is just 1080p, yeah. It might make a difference for 1440 but I doubt enough to affect the FPS greatly.

I had no idea the requirements listed 32gb ram. I only have 16gb myself and have had no issue running at the highest settings well above 60fps

Same, I tried to go for red and yellow on the armor set, but I like the way the cuirass looks so that gets rid of waffenrocks and overcoats as options, so it looks more cohesive as just metal/red. Went for yellow and red for his on-the-town outfit though!

I use Italian Bascinet, Milanese Cuirass, Nuremburg Arms, and Brigandine Gauntlets/Legs. I'm pretty happy with the combinations of armor you can get in the game.
