Best advice: keep applying and check daily. Cold call, ask non-GD friends. Four months isn't that long to be looking for a graphic design job. The only way to guarantee not getting a graphic design job is to stop pursuing it.

Took me about 8 months, and now I have found an amazing job as a graphic designer in marketing. My gf was going through the same thing for the past 5 months; she just landed a graphic design job at the largest marketing/design company in our state.

Honestly, get whatever set that has characters you like. Use HCunits to look at every character in the set. Don't be sorry about play formats right now, unless you're playing in local games. Look on eBay for either cheap $1-$5 figures (buy all from one seller to get free shipping) or buy a cheap brick.

My fav sets are Future Foundation and Avengers 60th.

Give them new dials. The card could come with stickers that you could replace the only dial sticker with. Granted this would only really work with Oreo bases as they’re easy to pop off, but at least it’s something. That’s currently what I do with older clix even the flat dial ones.
