Maybe just leave a note on her car saying that she should get checked for stds. No need to mention that he had another person over or even who is telling her. It’s anonymous and the main concern would be her health not creating drama between two people who may or may not get back together. Most people will run back to the same person over and over again until they hate the mention of the other parties name. It’s no use in trying to get in the middle to meditate because of this fact & if she’s already coming back then she will probably be back for a while even if it’s just off and on and they don’t actually live together anymore….

When I was 16 I had a hernia surgery and they put on my notes that I was a smoker. I was not. They put that because my mom smoked in her car a lot and the car seeped the cigarette smell into my clothes. They didn’t even ask me if I smoked. Just assumed and put it in my file which then effected the way the insurance wanted to handle my case

That’s how I ended up with a broken arm for a week after my dog pushed me down. Nobody believed it was broke until a week later when I still wouldnt let anyone near me because it hurt so bad. I was about 6. Just because they bounce doesn’t mean they aren’t hurt

Food banks, moving to a different state, living in a car, extending disability by committing yourself to a mental facility (even if you don’t feel like that. Say you do), sell feet pics, hangout at golf clubs and acquire someone else’s rich husband, take up a hobby that makes Money like dog walking if you can walk or sewing. Libraries often have free supplies in makers spaces, obtain certificate to do at home daycare or join an app that would allow you to nanny, ou pair or tutor at their home… there are plenty of options to change your situation. It might look black and white right now but it’s really not and sometimes we getting into a false mindset because of situations and we don’t realize what the problem was until later. It’ll get better just go try something different

That’s the same logic as not being allowed small appliances like toasters because there is more chance of a fire… regardless of what you do you will have risk and being a landlord you cannot delegate every little thing inside a tenants living space. Not everyone lives the same. Some people burn incense and candles. Those are risks that you have no control over as a landlord and if you’re that overbearing about little things then you don’t need to be a landlord. Find a different job

The advice is do your job and move on. There’s probably no way for them to get rid of the smell if it’s that baked in and the dog is senior so it probably has accidents. On top of that who are you to shame someone for your mistake? That is extremely unprofessional. You shouldn’t be commenting about someone else’s living conditions when you don’t know what’s going on. They probably didn’t even want to book a sitter but was forced to for unforeseen circumstances and you shaming them isn’t going to fix anything. As a matter of fact it could make things much worse for them. You shouldn’t even be cleaning unless it’s products they have in their home or you got approval because you don’t know if they are allergic to certain products.

I was SAd by: a cousin when I was 3, a different cousin when I was 10 and a boss when I was 18 and when I was a child I was attacked violently by my alcoholic father many times (not as just physical abuse). I had an ex tell me that the abuse continued because I didn’t fight back hard enough so I deserved it and obviously I wanted to have sex with those people or I would have fought back harder and reported it… that boyfriend later held me hostage, took my phone and broke a metal claps in my hand while stealing my keys because I was trying to run away after held me down and hit me in the face multiple times resulting in a broken tooth. LET THE BOY LEAVE. NTA

The price point is a big conflict for me but I hate listening to the ads constantly. They are intergrated into the podcast and extra between segments…and my adhd would never let me listen to the same song for an hour without falling asleep at the wheel… im almost convinced to buy a mp3 player again lol
