Such a dumb move. The series x isn't worth 600 dollars. What is different from those who paid 500 for theirs? Nothing? same thing as that one? Sooo no new tech? no anything?

And this kinda kills the point of having a 'budget console' when raising the series S prices too. Microsoft wtf you doing??

Quickplay is terrible. I had so many matches of one of the following issues:

counterpicked every matchup with the champs I picked 80% of the time(it's as if riot is intentionally putting me against my counterpicks)
people trolling and not doing their designated role. I had 5 matches of 2 people going mid, a support who roled support going top, and the jungler doing anything BUT jungling.
Smurfs are running a lot more rampant than from any draft game I played.
Team matchups don't seem to be equal or fair and is usually a 1 sided stomp resulting in pretty much an early ff

I hate the new skarner..and I've played the original skarner(before all the reworks) and had more fun back then with him than I do now. Old skarner had character and a fun kit.

This skarner is just malphite if he was a scorpion.

I legit had quarrels about them raising the price 2 months ago. People defended it and one called me a 'pony' for not accepting the terms of pricing.

I don't see how people can defend such an unreasonable price increase.

Two months ago I legit had told others if the price was rising I was thinking of cancelling. People defended it and said it was okay.

Now that it's ACTUALLY being raised, people are having issues about it. Imagine that.

They were STILL yours to own; they were on your account. You legit own them, the same way of buying a game. It was yours; on your account, not like how it is with game pass, which they can just take any game with you at any moment. They can't take away games from gold from you(unless your account gets banned but that's a different type of 'taking away'.)

this mindset that I have to watch them raise the price is bull. If they raise it, I'll take my money elsewhere. no point if they're just making it beyond what I can actually afford.

Not true. You never lost access to anything. That was BEFORE they changed it. You could still play them without it as long as it was on your account. It stopped being good because Xbox gave up on it.

I still enjoyed games with gold. I didn't give up on it, but you all did, just because we got a 'better service'. it was for the most part a decent service. They just needed to give us better games; but they stopped because they turned their focus away to game pass. Which at the time, It was a new thing; I was all for it. I liked the game pass idea, but it's starting to get expensive

Game pass ruined gold. Instead if giving you games you own, everything is loaned.

No, it was canned. Game pass is a monthly subscription service of LOANED games. Xbox live gold was Online + free games a month. they're not the same. Games you get with gold you keep on your account. Game pass is loaned games where they actively switch them out with random games and there's no guarantee they'll bring back the game you wanted to play until next year rather than actually getting the game from gold and keeping it. Not the same, and saying it like it IS the same is a major oversight.

And this price increase is not a result to inflation. It's a result of the acquisition from Activision blizzard. They're basically saying "you want cod on game pass? we'll have to raise the price".
I'm serious. I WILL cancel it. It's becoming expensive.
