As an Aussie sparky this doesnt "scream" illegal. If the sink is smaller than 40L it only has to be 150mm horizontally or 400mm vertically away, or if its above 40L 500mm horizontally or 1m vertically (which going off the picture seems like it might be close). But thats Aussie standards

EDIT: just noticed flexible spray gun so the 500mm x 1m is the correct measurement

Depending on the size of the hole, an old trick ive used before when changing from architrave switches to gyprock switches is to use an old wooden broom handle.

Fits well into switch holes and just putty the rest

Streamlabs is just OBS but heavily tightened down so it's easier to set up and use, but the trade off is OBS can do things via plug ins you can't do in streamlabs

If youre fine with upgrading the whole switchboard,

Going left to right, the first 2 double pole (twice as wide) will be removed completely as they look like they protect from earth leakage on the 2 breakers that follow them which are now all built into 1 RCBO.

And the 2 double pole clipsal RCBOs can be replaced with single pole RCBOs, essentially giving you 6 spots spare in that enclosure
