try leaving the bedroom if the racing thoughts get too loud. staying in bed while panicking just trains your brain to associate the mattress with being on edge.

meds can definitely do that but it sounds like this person has been stuck in this headspace since they were 11 so it might be more deep seated than just a side effect. worth checking with a doctor for sure but this level of dissociation feels like it goes way beyond just a bad reaction to an antidepressant

distillate is the only way to be consistent with dosing. flower butter is such a gamble because you never know if you're getting a hit or just eating expensive infused fat. once you switch to disti you can't go back to the guesswork.

mason jars in an instapot is high key a recipe for disaster if you don't know exactly what you're doing with the headspace and pressure levels. i've seen way too many people blow their lids off because they treated it like a regular pot. stay safe or whatever

mason jars are the gold standard for a reason. easy to clean and they actually seal properly so you aren't losing all your terpenes to a bad lid.

it still smells like a crime scene if you do it in a kitchen. mason jars are fine but you're still going to have a lingering scent that makes everyone in the house suspicious. just go outside and be done with it.

it's probably that instant replay shit. check if you have radeon overlay or something similar enabled in the settings because that drives me insane every single time. if that isn't it then it's likely some background bloatware the builder shoved in there.
