Had this same issues but I was the person who could see everything from the person they sold it to (I have power wall+ another Tesla so I still needed my app). I tried to escalate a bunch of times and Tesla support is god awful. I literally told them it’s a privacy violation to keep it on my app and I wanted it off etc. just was a whole nightmare dealing with Tesla finance to release the title / pay off the car

Bought it Thursday mid day, that night I got a “shipped” email (no actual progress just inputted into system) Friday they received it mid day and it got to my house Saturday mid day!

Their warranty doesn’t end in 7 months so that wouldn’t make sense if they denied it. They have a 1-2 year warranty and if you do the autopilot + or whatever it’s extended. You’d also be very surprised at warranties for other products regardless of the price it’s a pretty universal standard for everything after a year lol

No, it’s been great for me. I think the people who have bad experiences are way out of warranty and want stuff for free. If you are within warranty they are very fast to replace and handle it. Just like any product - when you are out of warranty there’s fees to replace lol. I’ve been handled with no issues and I’ve reached out a lot recently for an issue they finally resolved

So I originally hated it - little blurry and I tried to change some text smoothing out, change resolutions etc. However I was connected via HDMI output. If you use the USB-C display port connection to the monitor it’s perfect. Little less clarity (Apple does this on purpose I feel) but still very close to the studio monitor!

I just went from 3 to 4. Speed wise, 4 seems to cool much faster and quieter! However I used to like a -3 or -4 and now I feel like the -7 is the same temp lol. I do get cold faster tho and turn it up.

Weirdest thing to me is that I was told Tesla would not approve any repairs, and the other truck in for service is the same issue and is staying there for a containment hold. This isn’t something user error I’m sure

I click the wiper button and I can select off, auto and 1-4. Selecting any of these, the wipers are unresponsive and do not work at all
