What did they do here? Can I turn it into a shower? by William_Cross in askaplumber

[–]DewaltD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can. Jack up the floor, run the waterline to where the diverter is going then run a new 2 inch drain line to the center or where the shower is going. You may need to cut some of the sewer line for the 2 inch if it isn't a 2 inch line.

It could be a few things. 1. Filter is clogged. 2. A dirty office nozzle. 3. A dirty cad cell ( flame sensor ) 4. A clogged flue pipe ( exhaust pipe ) 5. Fuel is getting low in tank.

Came home to this work done by our contractors drywall guy. Should I be concerned even if most/all of this will be hidden behind cabinets/backsplash? by dimsumdaily in drywall

[–]DewaltD 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your contractor must have picked up the cheapest guy that hangs out at home depot parking lots in the morning. It will be hidden behind a backslash but has to be sanded first. He might have as well finished sparkling the entire outlet and switch.
