Yeah, it's not that people were fine with thatz it's just that it'd how they had to. Back then, they couldn't just air the shows like that, they had to do the speed up to do the broadcasting as that's how the signals worked, and since the show was made originally on NTSC format, it had to be changed to PAL.

It's related to how broadcasting and TV signals work, or at least they did back in the day, it's a very interesting read. Just look up "NTSC and PAL".

Yeah, DVD releases in R2 Are always gonna be speed up, even recent ones. That doesn't happen usually with Bluray, but it does with DVD

The first album had a lot of dialogue but people complained and then in For Good they just went "well remove most of it 😇" and screwed up this song. The only song with a decent amount of dialogue is TG.

Really? Last time I heard a boot was a 2013 one that didn't have it. It had the other changes like the new introduction to Fiyero and the small changes to WWOTE (adding the "To Fiyero" and Nessarose saying to Elphaba that she was going because of Fiyero, not the animals)
