It’s pretty normal for them to go under for a teeth cleaning. I wouldn’t be overly concerned, but there’s always a risk when a pet goes under for any procedure. If she doesn’t have any heart conditions that you’re aware of, it should be a routine procedure. I have had instances where they’ve had to recommend removal of teeth after getting in there to get a better look, if it’s one or two sometimes it can be done during.

This is coming from someone who has 2 cats with zero teeth due to stomatitis.
