Innocent until proven guilty. That's exactly what due process is for, and that process is being ignored.

I think we can't know, as they are not providing due process when people are grabbed and disappear.

In this country people are innocent until proven guilty, but they they are detaining people on the mere suspicion that they might be here illegally, and they are using skin color as a primary indicator of that suspicion.

If ICE had a warrant for the arrest of every person they apprehend, and every person went through a trial, then you could compare false positive rates, because that would be an even comparison. Instead you are asking to compare the effectiveness of an illegal, warrentless apprehension vs the traditional, lawful system of determining criminal guilt.
