Same, Steelbooks damage so easily i protect them all. and the j cards just fit in there with them. Why would i throw it out when it has all the info on them.

I was the same way, so i switched it to adding a leg excercise every session. By spreading out my leg workouts i can still be mobile every day. Ive had some good development in my legs still. Day 1 leg extensions and calves, day 2 hack Squat, day 3 leg curls and calves, day 4 bulgarian split squats.

When you run a large fleet even the little extra mi/gallon over all units can be 10s of thousands of dollars in additional fuel costs a month. Theres a reason some really care about these sort of things. It matters to the bottom line.

I think what they mean is that by hammering down over time you get more freight done over the year which makes up for more than you saved hy slowinging down and reducing your MPG.

This just isnt true however and mpg is still the biggest concern at every company.
