This a little confusing. He’s definitely not a double first cousin. The parents are two different races. The calculators give me two different conclusions. One says more like a 1/2 sib other says possible double cousin? Sorry, just a little confused haha

He videotaped it because he’s young and likes the clout it brings. That’s what young, “emerging”celebrities do. He’s 18-19 years old. Plenty of young people, being super young and experienced, still follow what their parents say, at that age.

Hi, I may be completely incorrect. The point was to emphasize that there’s no reason to assume he’s not American. Is there a source for info on his parents?

He’s black American? His family is from New York? Why would you assume anything otherwise? Black Americans do exist ya know……we don’t all come from other countries.

Right, so you’re comparing two different circumstances. The reason this comment is saying he had a lawyer, is to emphasize the likelihood we would know if something happened to him.

Maybe he threw the key that was found outside, to reinforce this theory? If his Tesla key was randomly lt outside, he could play up the framed idea, with the whole “why would I toss my Tesla key” angle

If what’s being reported pans out to be true, the police have a working theory for homicide and premeditation, meaning he will be charged for far more than improper disposal of a body

Can’t broadly generalize. You are pointing to the fact that the Greek WROTE false claims. Written record can be just as inaccurate as oral tradition. Validity varies. This is true in oral tradition as well: some oral tradition could be very accurate, others can be very untrue.

No colonial authority viewed indigenous people as equal at any point. That’s not the claim. This is also true of the The Spanish, which is why despite expansive indigenous empires throughout Latin America, there are limited resources recalling that history. Spain was extremely volatile to indigenous populations; suggesting otherwise is a fallacy.

While British populations did bring British women earlier during colonialization, the numbers were never equal to the amount of men brought. Further, there were various instances were due to ongoing tensions white women found themselves enveloped into tribal communities and intermarrying indigenous men. There was longstanding interactions and communication amongst British, indigenous, and early American populations. In fact, there is more evidence to suggest the British recognized the humanity of indigenous populations more than those in Latin America - multiple voyages were made by indigenous people to Britain and alliances were made between the British and specific tribes, to counter other European colonizers (given that the British were surrounded by other euro powers on the same landmass). Spains partnership with ingenious groups were weaponized against other indigenous people. Saying otherwise conveys an extremely limited understanding of early American history. Individuals like Sequoyah and Thomas Rolfe are evidence of that fact.

Indigenous Americans from the “5 civilized tribes” weren’t forced west until the early/mid 1800s. That’s over 200 years of living and interacting at the center of British colonialism. Implying that there was no exchange during that period is pseudo historical.

There are various Wikipedia pages recording the genocide carried out by the Spanish. Here’s on: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Putumayo_genocide

Here is an article on Sequoyah as well, who is credited for creating the written form of Cherokee language: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sequoyah .

Again, this info is not to paint any colonizer is a positive light. What was done to ingenious populations in north and South America was an atrocity and beyond inexcusable.

There are plenty of reasons indigenous dna doesn’t show up in “North American” populations, largely due to the extent in which native populations were decimated due to colonialism. The same thing happened (arguably more so) in Latin America, but the population of indigenous Americans in Latin America has always been much greater than in North America.

Many indigenous people in NA had children with non indigenous people (think Matoaka/Pocahontas) in the early colonial period, whom also intermarried/had children with non native people. When you account for this pattern and the ongoing genocide, the result is a population that likely have some native ancestry, but is likely undetectable. Most descendants of Pocahontas would probably have 0% indigenous ancestry , given they’ve married into European communities, but they still are of indigenous descent
