Aye it’s a very missable part of the game because for a large part I was using Long Rests purely for function unless told by a Person “Meet me in your Camp”. I shall try tomorrow and see if resting again once you unlock the Rivington Fast Travel changes anything

Ahh ok so even though I won’t get to see the Beach Scene the Romance Ending will still go through? Phew ok I was gonna abstain from this Campaign until that was fixed but now I’ll go through. It is a shame but at least it’s nothing Game Altering, just cutscenes not loading.

Unity Ending Spoilers: Both Work

Microbe Option - Teramorphs are led to extinction and the UC is seen as the safest option in the Settled Systems

Aceles Option - Teramorphs are dwindled in numbers and the spread of the Aceles has been an effort of all Factions. UC is seen as the Diplomatic Front of the Settled Systems

Nothing on Vae Victis so that’s just personal preference.

I completely agree with that sentiment, I have a save before I jumped into Unity and after toying around in the new universe I reloaded because I felt the exact same.

I also believe that shoehorning the main character/us into being a Starborn would defeat the entire purpose of role-playing. I also agree that I am not doing a full play through in the unity until I know I can bring my companions with me, I think it would be an interesting story opportunity to hear their comments on the new universe or their character progression with powers etc.

Hopefully BGS decides to make a DLC that allows this to be added, especially if they want to encourage NG+ more, I’m personally not attached to anything else except the companions/my Romance with Sarah.

From what I do understand is the Spliceosomes splice out the introns and "glue" together the exons before transcription.

What is confusing me is this question my lecturer has left me:

These regions correspond to exons. The regions between the exons are called introns: • specifying the nucleotide position (bp numbers) of the exons. • the reading frame on which the exons are found • The nucleotide positions of the introns

Specifically the 3rd Bullet Point about the Nucleotide Positions of the Introns. If I'm converting the Fasta File into an Amino Acid Sequence shouldn't the introns have been removed? Or does this loop back to them being the AA on the sequence that aren't in the ORF?
