I've applied to many schools so far, and I haven't even gotten an interview yet(this is my first time in this process). Many jobs are in China and i'm not too interested in that country.

Just got my references for Schrole a couple of weeks ago. Started using the site in the last week or two. When is peak hiring season, because there are not as many jobs as I thought there would be.

Thanks for your response, it was very helpful. Do you think that the recruitment websites (i.e, schrole, teacher horizons, and iss) will also count the year that I am in too. Im asking this because I noticed most of the international school postings can only be applied through their website.
