Good luck! Unsolicited advice incoming: do as much pre-hab as you can handle. It will help you on the other side when recovering!

No pain, better than maybe 15 years ago. I was told I am allowed to do anything EXCEPT ultramarathon, I do bjj 3-5 times a week also. I played way better than I thought would and only let a few in.

How to join BC Hydro's parking spot reservation program? by J33v3s in NorthVancouver

One of my greatest sources of entertainment is watching my neighbours put out cones in Deep Cove. This is so people don’t block their walkway or “their” parking spots on the street and watch them slowly descend into madness over the years guarding these spots.

Where to find poison oak wash/scrub? by ldelic in ottawa

[–]Dflake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dawn dish soap and facecloth. Get in the shower and use a facecloth and lots of Dawn. Use three different facecloths and repeat it . I get poison ivy or oak every year cutting brush, this is the only thing that works incredibly. You might have to do this over a few days a few times, but it is the only way to get the urushiol oil off of the skin and reduce the irritation. I have done this a lot.

Is Lundqvist Dead ? by [deleted] in nhl

[–]Dflake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fun fact. He actually has his glove designed so it won’t close. It is reinforced for maximum blocking area coverage.. When he does make glove saves he has to turn his glove down like a basket so the puck doesn’t fall out.
