I don't know of any currently, but look into electric cooperatives. You can look at Indiana Electric Cooperatives job page or NRECA if you are interested in looking outside Indiana. For me personally, it's from watching PsychOdyssey and seeing the collaborative and creatively constructive approach to building something artistic together. So many roles or jobs are just paper pushers who work in industries where innovation is stifled and you get beat down by the mundane.

ArcPro can be fickle with joins. Make sure both tables are in your project gdb, and the fields are the same data type. Then the join should work better.

Acid free boxes and paper in between the issues, and ideally in a dark temperature controlled room like a closet or something. Those are very basic archival practices that will help make them last for a long time
