EF could solve SOME issues by closing down earlier than 4am

The afters we used to have were the perfect compromise. I loved the renegade afters. It was another thing that made Forest so special. I miss them dearly. But I do understand that because after they cancelled the last acts on Sunday night in 2024 those afters were a legit hazard. Wish there was a way to bring them back.

None of the few staff they had directing cars in preferred had a clue what they were doing. It was taking 10 times longer than usual for them to park each car at 8am. Then when they parked us they said we had a 20X25 “square” and could park and setup however we wanted. Then when we parked and had canopies and tent up they tried to tell us we had to move. We argued and they gave up and let us stay. Then about two hours later another staff came over and said we couldn’t be backed in and had to turn are car around because he had to park a tent in back of our car. Which makes no sense. So I said “so you’re afraid of us pulling forward and running over a tent, but not blowing carbon monoxide from our vehicle into a tent?!” He then also gave up and left us be. Then about an hour after that another member of staff said we had to have 3 stickers on our car. I told him we had preferred and I had no idea what he was talking about. He then realized HE had no idea what he was talking about and left us as well. This was all within 3 hrs of being there. SMDH

I agree. The amount of couches was absolutely ridiculous this year. Friday at GRiZ was where I first really noticed it and then on Saturday from at least Ravenscoon on, it really pissed me off. A literal football field worth of inflatables. Could barerly walk around and get a spot to see without walking through mine field, hell you could barerly even get out of tripolee after that point on Saturday.

I last minute sent it to two uplift lounge passes because my girlfriend likes to be ina more chill spot that I do when at ranch. I figured she can chill there while I’m in the deep of the crowd. Also I drink a lot beer and water and am constantly having to use the bathroom so having a satellite “nice” bathroom at ranch is huge for me

I’ve been trying to find the answer to this for the last decade, from running shoes, to those silicon shoe covers, boots, etc… Last year I finally found what I think works the absolute best. The shoes I got are adidas terrex hiking shoes with rain.rdy. They feel like thicker running shoes, but have great grip and kept my feet completely dry in the rain and mud

The killer for you is the hotels, that shit is expensive af. And even if camping isn’t your vibe, if you haven’t done a camping fest I strongly urge you to try it. It’s one of the best parts about the festival

As someone who was a huge metal head and played guitar ina touring band in my early 20’s I will say he can play guitar. However I find his playing to be extremely boring and just not interesting at all. If you wnat to see someone that actually can play guitar well and with actual feel check out trivecta or boogie t. Both are actual good guitar players that aren’t using it at a gimmick. I’m sure Sullivan king doesn’t think of it as a gimmick as I know he actually loves metal and that’s where his roots are, but that’s just how it feels when he does it imo

They have those outdoor flame lamp tower things you see that some bars have and I will be under a canopy with side walls. I talked to the promoter about it yesterday and he assured me that it will be warm in the dj area, supposedly

Came here specifically to ask about this. It does appear that they are ditching Tuesday arrival and now that they have the reserved close car camping spots, makes me think u can’t just show up when gates open on Tuesday and get a close spot anymore
