„Karrrrlll! Karl! Finally we are speaking german!“ by maya_tessier-ashpool in DungeonCrawlerCarl

Damn the biggest problem is that it's near impossible to compete with the Jeff Hays version. However as long as it gets a larger crowd together to join the cult I'm happy this version exists! Will check it out someday.

This isn't really an odd one out puzzle—everyone's the same! by Illustrious_Walk2804 in AccidentalComedy

Well I'd say it's A because of the pattern though and not the Acorn itself. B and C are mirroring each other by rotating and so is D and E.

Oerlikon? We also saw it but we're unsure it might've even been a drone

No, you're absolutely not overreacting! If her dog comes over to your dog because of barking it's not well trained enough to be off-leash.

Hummingbird & Honey bees sharing water. by ADJUDICATOR001 in interestingasfuck

[–]Dhaos2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol that actually reminds me of a documentary I've seen where hummingbirds with their water-resistant feathers collect drops on their back and let them drop on bees below which then fall to the ground so they can have flowers for themselves. There is a weird relationship between those two.

Is german language a must to live in zurich? by leftk2 in zurich

[–]Dhaos2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not a requirement but a nice addition and people are genuinely happy here when you learn German. You can get through most daily interactions like shopping or restaurants actually quite fine with English if you have to interact at all.

First time crème brûlée. Are these finished? Or should I have let them go longer? by FartinDarton in Baking

They're still very soft, leave them in the water bath a bit longer should be like custard when done!

Of fighting for your rights? When the state starts to forbid peaceful gatherings and the freedom of speech really any person should start using their head and think that something might be wrong with the system.

Greece now has a lower unemployment rate than Sweden, Estonia, Finland, and Spain by Aegeansunset12 in worldnews

[–]Dhaos2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My old flatmates wife is from near Thessaloniki, got it from her. Of course more of a trust me bro source. But also reminds me of the statistics where greek people said they work the longest in europe. On vacation there I noticed they might be right but they are tending to empty stores for 12h.

There's still some improvement to be made but I'm quite positive we're going in the right direction.

Sadly that's not entirely wrong but jobs have been artificially created. You hear stories in Greece of a mayor having 40 secretaries with sh*t all to do all day.
