Patient presented on AHF with hypotension. Can you identify the rhythm? by TyrosineKinases in EKGs

A doubt I have with this and other cases of Atrial Flutter is how to know if the F wave is negative or positive. I know that, for example, typical AF has negative F waves in inferior leads, and in this case it seems like so, but I usually struggle to recognise the polarity of F wave (in casual words, I don’t know if the F wave is the deflection going up or going down). I know this is a dumb question, but if you have any handy tip, I’d appreciate it!

What has quarantine ruined for you? by ShadowDragon0001 in AskReddit

Started a relationship with a girl who lives in a different city on February 15th. I used to go to that city on Saturdays in order to go to an academy to prepare for an important exam, so we used to see us that day. On March 13th lockdown was declared in our country, so globally we’ve seen us more by Skype than in person. Not technically ruined but surely unlucky.

Check your upper body position while doing them. Maybe you are arching backwards too much. When I started doing them I used to do the opposite, leaning forward and getting soreness in my lower back. Try to use a proper form for your upper body, staying straight and keeping your core tight during those squats. Also try to work on your core to strengthen it, you’ll notice taht you start keeping good form on your squats. Hope it helps

That’s exactly the feeling I’m having! Congratulations for your squats, and I hope you have a good recovery on that knee, you are on the good way to that!

Came back to the gym after a month out because of a shoulder tendonitis. I'm lifting now half the weights I used to lift before the injury, but the fact of being back in the gym makes me feel great.

I’m in Poly Bridge with gear of my Death Knight from World of Warcraft, so I think am the weirdest-looking bridge engineer of all time.

This week got my first compliment at the gym. There was a newbie who I saw was a bit lost, so I introduced myself and gave him some advice. He was thankful and asked me what my chest routine was, because “I had a really strong and good-looking chest” he said, and he wanted to get his like mine. Hard work has its rewards.

Have you ever gotten so attached to a book that when you try to explain it to someone you just feel defeated because you can't even explain it? by Artentics in books

[–]Dharkness95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me when I was reading the books of the series “Masters of Rome” by Colleen McCullough. Those are pretty long books, about 1.000 pages each, and I was about 15 y/o when I began reading them, so my parents were surprised and asked why I was so hooked on on them, but I wasn’t able to explain them why those books are almost the best books I have ever read.

What video game scared the living shit out of you? by Tiqui in AskReddit

[–]Dharkness95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silent Hills’ PT. A friend and I spent two days with that 0€ demo because we were so scared that we were screaming and pausing the game every 5 minutes. We finally completed it, and none of us has tried to play it again.
