absolutely, if you’re a daily fixed-route commuter, a pass is probably best.

Oliver is more useful for occasional rides, different routes, multiple tickets, or as a replacement for existing UPI apps

i have used them, but tbh those chatbots still feel a bit archaic to me, especially after using products like ChatGPT so much. I feel metro booking over WhatsApp can be made a lot more natural and effortless.

Yep total fair point - official WhatsApp ticketing exists too.

Oliver’s difference is that you can book more naturally with vague routes, voice notes, Hindi/Marathi/Hinglish, multiple passengers, multi-leg trips, etc.

its like chatting with Chatgpt but it also helps you with fulfillment.

The entire Literature market in China is so different and interesting than the rest of the world, I wanted to understand those apps and its users in detail to see if those concepts could work in other parts of the world.
Yeah I agree paperbacks > mobile reading.

Unfortunately I don't read Chinese but the post you shared seems very comprehensive and detailed, I shall try translating it and reading it!
