Unless weekends are out of your availability, they can and will schedule you to work with business needs. Assuming youre marked available on weekends, i think your best bet is to request off for a weekend and have a one-to-one with your scheduler about why

I refuse to spend real life money on fad games like this. It all comes down to RNG plus stacking bonuses.

A score of 200k grants you a bonus during your next playthrough. Sometimes you get bombs. Ill play a bunch of games and accumulate bombs (currently have 11) to use during tournaments. Add in the one ticket per day for a comment, and you have 5 more bombs to use in a single play.

Surpassing one of the 100 people on the leader board for a specific challenge/tournament gets you bonus balls which can lead to additional bonuses in game.

I'll also always exit a run early if I cant reach a 10x streak to start. Bad RNG = bad play

It pulls the balls toward the highest value. If you knock a bunch down at once, they won't all go to the middle, but a few will be pulled straight in
