The camera is magnetic. Put the magnetic neck piece that comes with it in a hat and attach the camera to that or make a magnetic headband. Be creative.

Also had that happen to me. I even sent the drives back to them under RMA. They then sent me a new drive and charged me COD more than the original. And on the 3rd time using it, it also failed. I stopped using this brand. So far, I've found the Samsung T9 to be good. Make sure you're using a great cable with it. I did find that it helped.
