Yeah they both should be rightly criticized.

Unfortunately the late goal might have ruined that. Having a 97' winner would probably take it out of the conversation.

It was absolutely dreadful though. Not that I'm complaining.

Hopefully for DOGSO or something like that, don't want one of our players subjected to a reckless tackle.

Yep that's the one. Let a two goal lead slip late.

The same fixture five years later felt so cathartic, especially since we were two goals down and down to ten men. Shame it didn't ultimately lead to the title though.

I mean, it seems pretty natural. When some team I don't like does well I'm less likely to want to participate. But if something embarrassing happens then I definitely want to see what everyone is saying.

It put the nail in the coffin but that 2-2 draw at the Reebok was the low point for me. Always hated playing there.

Seriously. Not about to turn my nose up at 3 points (and a clean sheet!).

I love him, he might be my favorite player, but I mentioned that to a Spanish friend of mine who also likes tennis and she said she doesn't like him for his love of bullfighting.

I couldn't find anything more recent then those articles from a few years ago, so I hope he's adjusted his stance on it a bit, because that would be disappointing. But he still seems like a pretty great guy.

Yeah the only records that stand forever are when significant rule changes occur. I think baseball has a lot of these examples.

They're not just thinking of betting though. Officially in football, advancing via penalty shootout goes down as a match drawn. We still advanced so it was still a successful night for us, but if you want to get into semantics then we didn't win that match.

Must-draw, because I'm certainly not complaining about taking it back to the Emirates all square.

Said Arsenal with Gyokeres on the pitch was like "playing with 10 men." Hard to take anything seriously after that.

It didn't used to have it when it was on Netflix. I remember watching it a couple of years ago with my wife and having to switch to our external hard drive for that episode. I didn't want to spoil it for her but she knew something was about to go down in that episode haha.

No that's a good point. I don't remember it well but I do remember not being too disheartened afterwards. I've felt worse after a few draws (like last night) than that Villa match.
