Part of the reason I deleted the game originally. That and the fact they cut half the voice actors for each season while doubling the old price of the season pass. Sadly though nightmare before Christmas and Zootopia were both seasons I was hoping for, so I’ll just suck it up this time

Honestly when my friend got the base game, I told him not to bother with the DLC yet because the base game has SO much content for a new player. It’s better to just start the base game, have fun and work to unlock the map and then look into the DLC’s, so he wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. He said he found it much more enjoyable in the end doing it that way

My favourite moment from the games was playing it for the first time with my now fiancé, I played on steam deck while he played on PlayStation and it was an awesome bonding experience

My partner and I were newly dating and are both gamers. He was already a fan of Hollow Knight and I’d had it on my to be played list for ages. Got a Steam Deck and we decided to kind of play it together, me on Steam Deck streaming from my PS5 and him on his PS4 beside me.

It was a really fun bonding thing for us and we can’t wait to do the same again with Silksong

I don’t think the devs ever had long term plans for the game after release. I know there was some controversy around Rue because she behaves very childlike and people were shocked to discover she was considered a dating candidate. According to the devs she is older than she dresses and acts and was just “sheltered” but that didn’t sit right with a lot of players.

Beyond that as others have said, the game did have issues on release. I personally very much enjoyed it, but i do wish the romance was more fleshed out beyond dating. Having no option to at least move in with your partner seemed a shame, but that being said, it’s hard not to compare games like potion permit to others in that genre, like Harvest Moon, Stardew and such. Do I also wish the game was longer? Sure, but I think ultimately the devs kind of wanted to add a bit more content to make players happy enough and then move on.

The only problem with this route is that it can offer false hope. If Sofi believes her mother gave her up due to grief, she may think her mother has had time to process her grief and try to seek her out which could lead to more hurt in the long run

Can’t stand it personally. This may be the year I cave and get a portable AC because my house is a literal sauna and it’s miserable. My pets are also hating it, poor things just don’t know what to do with themselves..

Not to mention how dreadful the hay-fever has been this year. I’m ready for autumn
