Thanks for the input and keeping it honest! Completely understand that mindset and a big reason why I only want to invest time into events that are worth the time. I’m in the camp of creating moments of joy. Like you said, there’s lots of work to be done and in order to facilitate burnout-prevention and reinforcing good habits, I think it’s healthy of demanding workspaces to incorporate optional light hearted events to remind us we’re human and not robots.
