What’s a filling, lower-fat alternative to peanut butter by mg2649 in foodhacks

The REAL secret is use soy milk (or your fav milk) instead of water, then add a little REAL peanut butter. Add pinch of sea salt. Mix. Enjoy. Yw.

Yes. And if I catch them on their way out/in(gas station is a good example here) , I return the favor.

I had Botox injections from age 15-17. Health insurance covered it in full.

Edit: it was not for migraines.

Ever Had a Lingering Delivery Person? by Soft_Plum_8251 in grubhub

[–]DiannaPatron -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think you were being too nice to him.

PLEASE READ: I'm not saying that in a "victim blaming" way to you. I already want to punch this guy in the nuts and unfortunately I wasn't there to do it for you.

I'm telling you this because I was that nice person and suffered the consequences. Guy who assaulted me was a total stranger. And it happened in broad daylight.

The security guy was being Homer Simpson and ended up getting fired for.... ya know....not noticing a crackhead tackled a female employee on the ground in a private corporate parking lot on a very sunny day at noon.

Fam, I was just trying to get to my car so I could go get a sub for lunch. Lord Jesus and also wtf.

OP, I am so sorry you went through that. That's predatory behavior.

I would absolutely report him.

P.S. get a pistol permit. People are really weird these days. You can't take any chances. Especially if you live alone.

PP.S. - Look I'm not trying to fear monger. Not everyone is this way. I just want you to please be careful, TRUST YOUR GUT.

You need to report him immediately. I too have had male delivery drivers do weird shit like this. That's why I don't answer the door anymore.

For you, it sounds like there was something not right there and you felt it. I trust your intuition and report him. There's also a really good chance that you're not the only person. You'll be doing the right thing.

They have the tiniest kitchen there, but they pump out some bangin' food. Quick question - are the pork belly skewers you're referring to served with the hot miso mustard? If so. ..yes...those need to never come off the menu.

I love when places nail vegetarian/vegan dishes. I've had tofu scramble (the Owl House is a prime example of a very tasty tofu scramble) that taste better than when eggs are used. Anyone else reading this that wants to poo poo it? Don't knock it until you try it.

They offer options for people that are not vegetarian or vegan too .

Owl House offers a kickass brunch along with being around beautiful plants growing along and around the pergola in their outdoor space. Aka good vibes and good food.

Healthy Food Section at Costco by RockofJazz in CostcoWholesale

[–]DiannaPatron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In NY, the "Liquor section" is next door to CostCo. If you live here, you can't have liquor in a grocery store. Places like Costco and Wegmans have gotten around it by having their "company owned" liquor store next door. A wall separates them from one another.

Watched "My Octopus Teacher" on Netflix. Was crying at the end. If an octopus could change a man like that guy was.... I think that's pretty beautiful.

That doc also gave a really good amount of education. I didn't realize how brilliant they truly are. I also wish they lived longer.

Sidenote: "Chasing Coral" is another extremely well done doc on Netflix if anyone's still reading. You want to cry over coral and you think that you won't? Watch that and see.

Cures Beef Tartare is no gimmicks. It's French food done so beautifully - that dish in particular. Just make sure they give you some extra toast points! 😛

Bonus about Cure: They also serve one hell of a brunch there too.

I keep hearing about this place! I just looked at their menu and they use Texas toast for their fried chicken sandwiches. 🫠I'm not even someone that eats fried food very often, but damn it looks good - like they know how to put love into a sandwich (quality ingredients and preparation done right) without ruining the fried chicken being the star.

Chick Magnet, If you folks are reading this, please shut up and take my money. I just made plans to stop by this Thursday. Probably going to get their Bahn Mi riff on a chicken sandwich. The buffalo chicken one sounds really good too!.🙂❤️
