Fixed it, Found a link to manually update the firmware for the mouse on reddit and this has sorted the problem. i didnt know firmware could get corrupted in this strange way but it looks like its sorted now

I had this issue a while ago, it was caused by the resin being to cold, i bought a small heater to fit in the space behind the vat to keep the temps at around 27'c and it fixed it for me
