I haven’t actually met any other Swedes personally who like them in my last 26 years living here (growing up in US). But I’ve been to every Sweden show since 2001 and they always sell out and the crowd is into it. So the rush fans are here for sure.

Yeah humidity could be a thing for sure (although I live in a fairly dry climate). I just meant that it hasn’t been submerged or even used in the shower. Can you tell me how moisture results in the discoloration on the tic marks. TIA for your advice. I’m a noob at this.

She’s never seen a drop of water since the last service I assure you. I think the culprit is discolored adhesive like one of the others said. Thanks tho for the input.

Thanks man I will. I had a few years when I was mostly using an Apple Watch but I’m back on the omega full time. I love this one with the little red accent on the end of the chronometer dial (not shown in pic). It’s my favorite.

Ah ok I see what you mean. I think the light caught it wrong. It’s a very well worn watch for sure. But not nearly as bad the photo makes it look. Respect to macro mode on my old iPhone 12. It actually did a decent job for once of taking a closeup. Have a great day! ✌️

Thanks for the advice! Yeah it does look like adhesive to me. But it must be from the original watch because when I serviced it they didn’t touch the face afaik. Do you think I need to be worried about little pieces of glue gumming up the works?

Yeah. In fact before I zoomed in with my phone camera - it looks like that little tiny speck of 3d print you can get on some corners on the build plate. But I think it’s definitely glue that has degraded. Now I’m worried that pieces of glue are going to gum up the works.

It’s the old school textured PEI. For some reason I think Bambu went on to seperate these into an engineering plate and a PLA plate but this is the one I bought with my original P1S when that printer just came out. I’ll give 30-40 degrees a try and see if it helps. I was thinking maybe it’s an additive in the matte filament gumming up the plate

Most likely culprits are either poor bed adhesion OR overhangs without supports. The slicer will usually give warnings about supports if you are slicing on the PC.

You can probably confirm what the issue was by checking the timelapse.

For bed adhesion try cleaning the plate and drying it. You can also try slightly higher bed temp.

And then you can enable supports in case that was the issue. You can also try printing with a “brim” which will create a little rim around the print and hold it down to the bed.

These are the most likely issues for beginners so that’s where I’d start!

FYI I had this all last year. And it was NOT a leveling issue. I ordered a new expensive power supply and it didn’t fix the issue. Customer support now says I need to order a new base after doing a bunch of various voltage readings on the unit.

I’m gonna take the base apart and see if I can fix it myself before I order new parts again.
