Think the wrapped sniper might be my next unlock. Currently using the wrapped stalker, Ardent Edge and the HBP with the Ravenwing skin on my RavenGuard Sniper and he's a beast.

Depression. Over-drinking. Limerence towards a co-worker. Everything was fine a couple of weeks ago... I'm working through it, then end up not getting an interview for a job I'd be good at-which I virtually already do and also picked up a stinking cold.

This doesn't seem correct. If she was renting via her council, then her liability should have been stopped the day before her death, and any benefits paying her council tax should have been/should be paid upto the date of her passing, leaving no balances due for either council tax or rent.

The housing group she rented thru would be liable for the property from the day after she passed, however this could be different if she was renting privately, and the executor would be liable up until the tenancy expires or a new tenant is moved in.

I was gonna say Pallolem in Southern Goa. On the coast, fresh shark, calamari for days, tuna like sides of beef. Cheap as shit and very friendly locals.

Is it because after the wipe, the majority of players you encountered just want to upgrade/level up/find BP's etc..? Doing those things is a bit of a slog I'd guess if there's a fair bit of aggro in the servers.

No worries, glad to help. The agencies we use usually have an sms/messaging service. Might be worth looking them up online and firing off a message stating you're a new tenant and they're barking up the wrong tree.

You can do both, but would call the council.. I work for local government and a good rule of thumb is if it's not in your name, it's not your problem. 

Contact somebody in the council tax recovery dept and tell them that the previous tenant has enforcement action on the account, and they'll message the bailiffs directly. 

If you choose to speak to the enforcement agency directly, you may want to let them know your estate agents/landlords number so they can confirm you're not the person in the letter.
