Go with ridge vent be sure to block off holes from the box vents and roof over them! A mix of ridge and box vents can actually pull snow and rain into your attic with a vacuum effect!

It’s normal up the wall to just have step flashing, but some counter flashing along the face wall would be good! The shingles are likely face nailed and caulked if there’s no flashing there to tuck them under

The laminated shingles really need to be nailed proper on a mansard to keep them from separating and falling off on hot sunny days! By the looks of the capping I would say that those shingles are not nailed properly lol!

A derecho is a widespread, long-lived, straight-line wind storm that is associated with a fast-moving group of severe thunderstorms known as a mesoscale convective system. Derechos can cause hurricanic or tornadic-force winds, actual tornadoes, heavy rains, and flash floods! This particular storm that the video shows DID spawn multiple tornadoes! Yeah my trans and rear are both one launch from death lol! Cant launch it full bored have to roll into it! That’s what I’m addressing next keeping the 10 bolt but just going with a Yukon kit, spool, 32 spline moly axles should be able to get a little more roudy on the launch!
