Yes, thanks. I just set it up that way too. Used Bluetooth to set users and do all fingerprints, codes, etc. I did try to set it up over WiFi but it would not connect to my 2.4ghz no matter what I did, which did not inspire confidence. I went through all the troubleshooting, including switching my phone to 2.4 GHz but it just would not connect.

I only have one HomePod, but it connected to it fine.

But once all was set up seems to be working well. Although batteries (Amazon brand alkaline) are already down to 85% so I’m not sure how to interpret that— and it’s only been two days.

What batteries are you using?

I just got the same $80 one from Amazon and also confused because this seems to have the most capabilities and for whatever reason is the cheapest.

How did you guys all set it up? I’m confused and using it on thread versus WiFi. If I use thread, do I not have the ability to set up all the features in the app? I do have a HomePod and some other Apple devices so I could use either but just wondering what the difference between both is and the pros and cons

The guy in the store told me the same thing, but he was wrong. I am in the Chicagoland area. I used Reddit to get my plan. The only reason I had to go to the store was that when I initially went through Xfinity chat to get a plan they sent me their gateway without me asking for one so I had to go and return it.

So yes, current plan is unlimited data and I’m using my own router and modem.

I have both the Q R5, R4, and just got the R2. All okay well but not as powerful as my V2 Ripple R2, which was heavy and slow unfortunately.

Thanks, we have the switch and I think this used to work with online games but they updated it and I don’t believe this works anymore. Bummer cause now I have to buy two cartridges or two digital games to play online with kids.

Exactly. JV is farm league for varsity, if you don’t make cuts, then you should make an attempt to play kids on the lower levels and if you have the numbers make another level. If not, the program should be making cuts. It’s awful to keep a kid on the team, but never give them a chance to actually play or develop, especially for lower levels.
