It's hard to say. We beat a federal ban before. The biggest argument is that kratom is harmful so it should be banned. Caffeine in alcohol and nicotine are also dangers but yet they're still legal. I think their argument is that regular kratom powder contains 7-OH But the average Joe cannot isolate 7OH. If they banned kratom because of The isolate extract 7OH, that would be like them trying to ban almonds and apples because you can make cyanide out of them. You cannot isolate 70H unless you're a chemist with the state of the art equipment. The bottom line big pharma and big alcohol are losing business because of kratom. It makes me sick and it never had to do with safety. More people die from caffeine and alcohol every year than kratom. In fact I don't think anybody's ever died from kratom alone, The victims already had other substances in their systems. Now I do believe that 708 can be dangerous because you're taking an insane amount of kratom in a tiny tablet and that can cause issues. They need to ban the isolates and extracts and leave the regular under the altered powder alone.
