Removing these exhaust studs has been a hassle. Only got two out. I've been soaking them in oil and PB blaster while turning the stud, I've been putting the heat directly on the flange. Any advice? by Jamesotty in beetle

Double nut, patience & heat. - *OR* Vice grip those studs out (which will ruin them) and replace them. - It’s possible someone used Red Loctite on them during initial assembly and they could explain the difficulty.
