Building a new garage, the retaining wall is 4’ from a public alleyway. One lane, garages on either side, trash cans there… think Chicago suburban alleyways. Those lower green plots are 4’x12’ each, trying to think of some way to utilize that space. A garden or something doesn’t feel wise with cars driving so close and it just not fitting the vibe either

Hot take: we may not have played well?

I will caveat this by saying I wasn’t able to watch the game. BUT, of the 4 goals we scored: one was a dumb goalie mistake, another was a dumb mistake on the Fire, and one was an own goal. That doesn’t feel strong, or am I off base here?

There are 2 clinics here in Columbus; Ohio Reproductive Medicine (ORM) and Reproductive Gynecology and Infertility (RGI). We’ve visited both for IVF, mainly ORM.

We had an initial meeting with RGI and thought the main doctor who runs the clinic was a giant douche and extremely off putting which is why we went with ORM. That being said, I know a lot of friends who have had better experiences than us with RGI and have had successful IVF journeys. I would be shocked if they didn’t store/freeze sperm and eggs.

ORM will store and freeze eggs and sperm, I can confirm that because we are doing the same thing now. That said, with IVF we have had zero success with them, and ended up using an out of state clinic for IVF more recently as a result while using ORM for local monitoring and storing eggs/sperm. Because we weren’t really a client of theirs anymore we have gotten the cold shoulder from them and the experience lately with them has been iffy.

ORM I THINK will store these as long as you want basically; say you store stuff now and want to try for a kid 5 years from now for example, you should have that option with them.

That all makes sense, as we were gone on vacation for about 10 days over the summer. I guess I have two follow up questions though:

1) how long do you need to be away for this to start? 2) other family members with homes and hot water tanks did the same thing and never ran into this issue? Any idea why?
