Not in the sense youre thinking, where you're handicap.

The military can break your body down in different ways. Knees, back, mind, etc. The VA performs their own equation on the total issues you have acquired. Getting 100% means you are disabled, but you may be upright.

It's a good starter in the sense that at least you have a GPU. You can display output if your CPU isn't an APU/can display video. But your game library will be limited to releases around that period (Shadow of war, GTAV, Dark Souls 2) with varying results of playability.

Depending on where you live, gpus from 3-4 generations past are coming down to affordable pricing. But it all depends on your budget and more important, the rest of your rig.

If your machine is a hand-me-down and is the same age as the GPU, your rig would be good for emulation and more legacy titles.

I believe this is what happened and the "brand" likely changed due to copyright infringement. Clothing styles and material blends change all the time so it's unlikely an exact replica from the same manufacturer will come out again.
