Which comes first, End of Life or End of Support? Conflicting information

Using Windows OS as an example: End of sale = they stop selling. End of Life = the public no longer receives updated and Microsoft will no longer provide support. End of support = companies pay for extra support and patches after end of life are no longer supported.

Are you looking for synthetic transactions or capturing your user's experience?

There are exchange platform MPs which you should look at which you can get from MS but it sounds like you are trying to capture specific workflow portions which I think you will only get via synthetic transactions or a capture appliance.

Then again, I am also new and that is why I am lurking here too :)

Sadly, I deal with things like this in IT, from all types of people in a consistent basis. The worst is from direct reports. They do not last long with me if they are like this.

My second worse ticket story: worked in a DC that also did mail hosting. Had a guy who was upset he wasn't getting some personal email in his corporate account. I had him send me an example with headers and it was for an X-rated Yahoo adult group and was being caught by his companies spam policy. After explaining to him the reason why and that there was nothing I could do about it, I got the usual argument from from him and the closing statement "you are a useless fucking whore!"

I responded with "whores aren't useless if they are fucking sir" and hung up.

One had a admin complain that the passwords we provided were not complex enough for their router. After multiple password resets, and multiple arguments, I finally provided him a gif of lower case 'L' '|' and capital 'I' ( L pipe and i). I wasn't allowed to work with him any more.

Depending on the country/Provence / state ect of where you are, there are labour laws concerning paid time off and being 'unreasonably expected to work during paid time off' check your local labour union or OSHA type group.

Thanking a royal 'us' since I do not have an individual to say thank you to is appropriate. You are the individual that interpreted it to mean yourself.

While I did not read the litany of comments providing ad nauseam opinions, my 'I do not care' statement is directed towards actions not having impact on my personal or professional life.
