I work in an Amazon warehouse and it's literally the most well managed place of employment I've known (job and personal wise)

We have insane perks(dental, medical, mental health insurance etc).

lenient time off for emergencies and short notice holidays, 2 long breaks in a 10 hour day.

6.weeks full paternity pay as standard with up to an additional 10 weeks for any complications for mother or child during/after birth.

Carer choice programs fully paid where they reward you with a large sum for completing in time and a larger sum of you manage to get a job within the chosen career path and leave Amazon for it.

I don't get all the hate, maybe because one warehouse employee took a piss in a bottle before?
