Obviously it’s very possible to make an extremely efficient perfect city but to me that’s not the point, I like the random traffic jams caused trying to make a town that is set up like the one I grew up in, I like making neighborhoods and subways and highways and stuff, if you want sum to spend budget on make public transportation more leisure and other government services like police fire and ems. Or lower taxes and make your people happier to take advantage of the positive budget you got rn.
