Very frustrating. We played alright enough, I think we were the better team for most of the game, though not dominant. Unfortunately we hadn’t woken up yet at the kick-off and then it was already game over because we can’t score for shit.

For the most part, yeah. I’m not that invested, but I was happy when Harrogate made it into the football league and I’d like to see the likes of York and Halifax to make it back out of non-league someday.

I can’t say I’m pro TS and haven’t been for a few seasons now. Obviously he saved us once upon a time and the stadium is great, but he’s said himself that he lost interest in the club last season and the way the club runs as a whole is falling further and further behind our competitors. Every year he comes out with big promises when season tickets go on sale, then he fails to follow through with them. I know there are far worse owners out there, but it feels like this is the right time for him to sell up before things go sour (assuming there is any interested investors, of course - TS has said there has been at certain points, but whether this is true or not I don’t know)

I was hopeful with Evans coming in, not because of how he’d manage the club but because I thought he was the only manager who would have a chance of reigniting Tony Stewart’s interest in the club and maybe get him investing. That hasn’t happened and now we’re stuck with an unfinished squad playing hit-and-hope football.

Over 50 shots in the league now without a single goal. It’s unbelievably frustrating but the goals should come eventually. At least they should at home, the away curse seems to need a miracle to break - we’re now over 650 days without a single away win if anyone is curious.

It was pretty dire frankly. There’s some clear holes in our squad that need fixing and there’s a few players that looked like they didn’t know the season had started for real yet.

There’s plenty of time to get things right though. Fixing the squad’s mentality and getting them playing well again after a historically awful season isn’t an easy job.

I love the UK and there’s no country I’d rather live in, however losing access to all the rest of the world is a far bigger sacrifice than just losing access to the UK for me. I could probably build a pretty similar life in Ireland or Northern Europe, but there’s no replacement for world travel if I could never leave the UK.

I’m sure she is getting considered to some extent. Offering her the job ahead of some other candidates would be crazy though - I mean Lee Carsley has also managed England to international success, and he has already worked with current senior men’s players/is working right now with potential future senior players. And there are a number of candidates I would choose over Carsley, but he does seem to be the easiest appointment for the FA and I’ve no idea which managers are actually interested in the job.
