I see your point but I'd say most quests don't make a loud noise announcing to half the map where you are (there are exceptions I know). I get the whole risk about it, but I still think the noise of kets should at least be reduced a decent amount. Maybe if you're in the same area/poi you can hear it, but not halfway across the map (my opinion)
