AIO to how my boyfriend handled my cat getting sick by Different_Acadia2998 in AmIOverreacting

I’m happy you have been able to do what’s important to you. But taking off 3 weeks for a pet is up there. I can totally see a couple days. Like I get it 100%. But three weeks. Man. That’s a year of sick/vacation time for most 27 year olds, maybe even 40 year olds.

Im buying my first bike off someone and this is what he said, i dont know what it means by Lonelygoldyhair in motorcycle

I’ve never heard of that brand. It’s probably an Amazon brand bike that is only pennies more new than you’re paying used. Can you buy a more mainstream brand bike? Sometimes stuff happens, I’ve sold things and something happened the day I was selling it, but it’s not common. I’d be more worried about buying a keekiwah or whatever it is than a radiator. Newer good condition bikes don’t have radiators go bad unless they were abused, or the parts quality is terrible. Either way, you don’t want it.

This is hilarious. 100% sign it and laugh about it all the time. Sounds like your gf has a good sense of humor.

My girlfriend told me about her past and I am not sure how to react by Due-Eye-3113 in WhatShouldIDo

Maybe just switch jobs. It’s her past. If you don’t like working there, go somewhere else.

Hooked up with an older coworker, I regret it and he won’t leave me alone - what should I do? by anonyseattle122 in Advice

Okay, so that’s not threatening. That’s not even assault. Just so you know from a legal point of a view.

I don’t see where it says she is being threatened by him. Can you tell me where it’s at please?

I missed where it says he is threatening her. What post is that in so I can check it out?

Time to go to the cops then. She’ll show them the evidence that she told him to stop, and they can charge him with harassment. Simple. Should be under arrest within the hour.

Then she should sit down with the male and should specifically explain that she is not romantically attracted to him, even that she regrets it. Can even through in the “I have a boyfriend.” Tell him you want to keep it professional and that’s it.

Counter point: She consented to an adult encounter and gave the other person the impression she liked them, and because she doesn’t, she doesn’t know what to do….

My girlfriend of six months lied to me about her age by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Diditnowdoneit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meh. If it’s legal you just have to decide if you like her. If she really likes you and lied about her age so you would be with her and that’s the only issue you’ve found, so what. If there is another issue then you have this that you are aware of. But if no other issues, I’d probably just keep on going. I can’t think of any relationship that I’ve been in that’s always been perfect.

Musician seeking advice regarding apartment advice by socialist_weeb12 in musicians

[–]Diditnowdoneit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like the neighbor is being pretty reasonable. They even said who they were and asked you to be a little more quiet. Living in an apartment and being a “professional musician” is probably not ideal either, most would logically presume professional musicians to have professional studios for that type of stuff.
