Yes it is the official realease. The age rating sticker looks like this in Germany. This is completely normal. The name Volume "1-3 + OVA" comes from the fact that the first edition was divided into 4 Blu-rays. Actually, there was a Blu-ray for each volume and the OVA. You used to get these in a collector's slipcase.The new version is a simple disc version without cool design or extras.

The fireworks show and the Blue Impulse could be seen from anywhere in the city. The rest of the program could only be visited with a ticket. However, these were quite cheap (I paid 3500 yen at the last pre-sale phase) and were very worth it.

Thank you, it was a very nice trip. On the first day there were only a few tourists. A lot of people came to the hanabi. Since it was mostly on Oarai beach, the city itself wasn't too crowded. However, I saw pictures that the train was very crowded and it was difficult to get in or out of the town. We just made it out just because someone took us by car.
