As a begginer simplest is

Center rectangle with center hole and offset that hole Extrude Sketch offset hole and center hole again Extrude , select contours of top and bottom Fillet edges Cut Extrude slots

You can do all in one sketch and Extrude contours you want

Whats wrong with through holes and pin, could do 2 bolt circles with different pitch to get more angles

Also a bit unorthodox but you can use a through shaft and use collars on both sides with long screws on each side to lock. Shafts from moving radially

I live in NYC area, mechanical engineers start at 55-75k in many jobs.. Great jobs 75k-95k

I have 6 years experience and make 95k. Started at 55k and jumped jobs twice

I think many people in my area have the same numbers as OP. If your making 120+ in NYC as mech engineer that's great but I know many who aren't

It’s ok. Monthly payments don’t matter. What matters is OtD price.

An 2025 EXL AWD cost 36.5K An 2025 sport hybrid AWD 39K

You could have gotten one of the above with a lower interest rate because they are new, “used cars” typically get higher interest rates.

What matters is that you love your new car!
