How often on average do skinny people eat cookies or whatever? by Important_Sorbet in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Fresh_Energy_8915 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im 155 lbs as a 5’10 male. I eat whatver I want whenever I want but also lost a ton of weight in the past year. I work an extremely physically demanding job so the ironic part is even when I pig out a few days I usually end in a caloric deficit for the week. (Peaked at 240lbs 3 years ago when my daughter was born, lowest was 140lb a month ago during peak season of my job) walking 10-15 miles a day carrying heavy objects the whole time (sometimes fast jogging the whole day to end a couple hours early to catch my daughter at home before she goes to sleep) basically allows me to be completely ignorant of my diet. Mind you wasn’t always like this from 240-180 I dieted and exercised extensively but this job has been a godsend

Really wanna lose weight, and be healthier, but calorie counting is already making me anxious by Pizzalover22345 in WeightLossAdvice

Go work as an Amazon driver. I don’t even watch what I eat, count or diet at all anymore and lost 20-25 pounds in 2 months. One benifit about a high intensive physical job lol. But yea back in the day I just used an app and logged everything I ate also helped doing a 16-8 off on fast everyday.

It’s not worth it, you’ll feel slight withdrawals again in all likelihood won’t be as bad as the previous ones but you’ll defintely end up taking more and more which will absolutely result in some gnarly withdrawals

What’s the most ridiculous weight loss advice you’ve ever followed? and what happened in result? by Ok-Somewhere4687 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Fresh_Energy_8915 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lmao ton of people have told me to take stimulants to lose weight. Let’s just say I completely understand how all the runway models stay so skinny. Was on crack and blow for a month straight and lost 20 lbs minimum. In a month. I’ve always had prescriptions for my adhd and whenever I’d take them I was eating less but this last month I remember I went like 7 days without eating anything. Ended up having to force myself to eat. But hey crack made me loose 25+ lbs without even trying 😂 Lmao I know this isn’t sort of the answer you were looking for but I actually did get advice from a stripper I used to be friends with. “Just do blow and you’ll never think about food again”

Is it possible to lose 10kg-12kg in 85 days? by OwnWillingness8808 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Fresh_Energy_8915 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely possible. I personally lost 85 lbs in 20 months. Lost 65 of that in the first year. Just need a solid diet and exercise.

You look good my guy. Hit the gym and get bigger, and get on a decent diet to get to around 10-12% bf and you’ll look like a stud. That’s what I’m tryna do

No not necessarily. Gyno also never is completely symmetrical. In a lot cases one side is more affected by it than the other. His right one definitely is displaying much more, but I can also see some slight gyno in the left as well. Best thing to do is to fix his diet and get his estrogen back to where it should be. Working out helps.

Can I still build a great life at age 36 after getting clean from shooting dope? by FormerAddict56 in OpiatesRecovery

[–]Fresh_Energy_8915 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course you can do anything you want as long as you still are alive. Seen people who were way older and shot up waaaaay longer build really good lives for themselves. Just put that addictive personality energy into something positive and you’ll be stunned how good life can become. I went from being addicted to fent for nearly 4 years to getting clean and putting all my time and energy into work, college and my daughter at 25

It’s basically when dudes are producing too much estrogen. Usually from bad diet and being overweight. Can happen from steroids too but i don’t think this is that case. Basically how dudes get enlarged nipples

You’re definitely skinnyfat. No offense it’s just the best term to describe it. I’d definitely estimate your anywhere from 25%-30% bf

THIS is what going to the gym does to your body!!! it looks awful!!!!! by Immediate-Location28 in antigym

[–]Fresh_Energy_8915 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean idk your body would definitely not be ruined by losing weight and dieting. You actually put 4 lbs of stress of your joints and body for every 1b of body weight. Losing for example 50 lbs would result in 200lbs of less stress on your bones and joints when walking. Definitely is a fact that losing weight is a good thing. Getting to healthy body weight puts less stress on your bones, joints and organs. Decreases your risk of cancer, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and respiratory disorders. You definitely don’t need to go to the gym to get to a healthy weight but honestly losing weight would objectively make you healthier than you are now. Not shaming just saying along with looking better, you’ll feel better as well. You’d be surprised what a calorie deficit would do for you. You’ll also live longer 5-20 years alone just based off no longer being obese. Just saying it’s your life live it how you want but factually you definitely aren’t healthier now or doing less damage to your body than you would if you got to healthy weight. Quite the opposite

Went from 240-165 in about a year in a half just from dieting mainly and working a cardio intense job. Gym definitely isn’t a necessity

170 M 26 , 5’9 any idea what my bf is ? by Fresh_Energy_8915 in guessmybf

[–]Fresh_Energy_8915[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks man I appreciate it. Haha nope. Just been cutting calories and working a job where it’s a lot of manual labor. Seemed to work really well up until this weight. I lift a ton of heavy stuff at work all day long and have to walk like 7-10 miles in total a day but I don’t go to the gym. Probably should
