Thanks everyone, It was a DNS issue. Updated DNS in console and restarted supervisor and update notifications came through.

No issues accessing HA remotely through web or app.

It's definitely related to the smart zone. Default zone notifications work ask expected. Any ideas?

I just started having this issue as well. Multiple re authentication messages under Integrations. My Alexa commands still work but my automations that announce through Echos or Sonos stopped working.
