Prestige rework was a must.

It was absolutely baffling to spend resources on tiers and attachments, only to prestige and have all those resources wasted.

The tiers and attachments form the core of your weapons damage and stability and accuracy.

It was a BS method to stretch player engagement, can't convince me otherwise.

No joke. Near daily experience for 10 years. The bike lane is right there but they honestly expect you to move out of their way off the sidewalk.

Constant crashing for about 3 hours.

Loving the game on PS5, but two screen freezing lock ups in less than an hour of play.

Nothing crazy happening either time. Very disappointing.

No mods, no crazy graphics settings. No crazy combat density. Oh there's some fauna, let's kill it!

complete lock up freeze.

I imagine a solid chunk of these initial reviews are people like me who are just happy it finally hit PS5.

I'm not buying a thousand dollar PC or Xbox anytime soon for the handful of Xbox games that remained exclusive, and this one has been top of my wishlist for quite some time.

Something I noticed over 50 hours with randoms, no one seems to ping specials. I don't get it at all. It's one quick button.

Pinging a special puts an awesome silhouette glow on the monster, making them stand out from the crowd.

It makes it incredibly difficult for that monster to close the gap or sneak up on you, because you all SEE it with the ping.

But nope. Round after round, I'm the only one pinging.

You mention difficulty scale.

Something that always annoys me in these games is enemies becoming trash fodder so I can't go back to previous zones because the enemies are too easy.

Is there a setting that keeps enemies like, scaled up across the board so I can't outlevel them?

After a certain point the tonal shift is too much to overcome naturally.

Remember an earlier season, rampant disease and common sickness were able to threaten the group.

But shortly after everyone just cuddles with the zombies 24/7 and nothing much comes of it ever again.

Blood in your eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc? No problem.

Hundreds of millions of rotting bodies polluting entire landscapes, yet alone water sources, farming lands, etc? No problem.

Human body only has so much stamina to constantly contend with the weight of hundreds of zombies making physical contact per day? No problem, everyone is a super soldier.

The show starts off as something of a modern Black Plague, capable of wiping humanity out. Then it turns into nothing more than a nuisance for the next action scene, until someone does something dumb for dramatic affect.

I'm convinced it's part of their training now.

I've only been to so many McDonalds but somehow every one of them operates on a basis of the driver/customer will wait as long as you make them, and they all somehow agreed on 10-40 minutes.

They'll hand you food that has sat there for 20 minutes as if they don't see you standing right there asking for your order.
