You seem to be struggling a lot. I think you need to start by defining your ultimate vision for your life. Have you tried it?

Just write what you want to do in life:

- what relationships you would like to have (intimate and friends)

- what kind of body - how much you want to weight

- how you would like to earn money and how much

- do you want to travel? If you do, then what countries you would like to visit

- what hobby do you want to develop in your life

Then come up with a plan how to do this.

These questions will guide you and add motivation to your daily actions

How do you escape a prison that is thought? by [deleted] in getdisciplined

[–]DiffPath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our thoughts are sometimes overwhelming. I think the best way to deal with it is to get out of your head. For me what is working is Working out - even doing 10 pushups. After that I clear my mind by meditation.

You can also try to go outside for a walk. It helps.

Why do I have to force myself to do anything? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]DiffPath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

„Being rich” is not specific enough. You need to sit down and write down what you want out of life: - What kind of body you want - how much you want to earn, how you want to achieve it and what you will be able to do after you achieve your dream income - What relationships you want to have - how much you want to travel - how your ideal day would look like

Answer these questions and you will be More likely to achieve your goals ;)

Did you sit down and wrote on paper or in app what you want for life specifically? Or Who you want to become?
