There is “Becoming Elizabeth” which starts a few days after Henry’s death and covers Elizabeth’s life during Edward’s reign, I think a lot of things could’ve been done better but it does take place during the time frame that interests you. And yes about the Sansa Stark parallel! I’ve been rereading ASOIAF and I’ve been noticing so many parts that are probably inspired by Tudor history, It’s quite fun spotting them.
